FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Kenneth Olson Jr. and Amanda Olson, Husband and Wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Amerifirst Financial, Inc., its successors and assigns, on April 7, 2022, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, on April 14, 2022 at Book 2022, at Page 21219. Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the St. Clair County Courthouse, in City of Ashville, Alabama, on April 17, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in St. Clair County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot 5, according to the Final Plat of Brookhaven Phase Eight, as recorded in Map Book 2006, Page 31, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County, Alabama, Pell City Division.

This Property will be sold on as "as is, where is" basis, without warranty or recourse, expressed or implied as to title, use and/or enjoyment and will be sold subject to the right of redemption of all parties entitled thereto. Alabama law gives some persons who have an interest in property the right to redeem the property under certain circumstances.
